Mindful Heart

Sasha teachers Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and  Mindfulness though Mantra & Meditation

Mindfulness is a natural way of being, that we might experience when deeply absorbed in the present moment, for example being in nature, seeing a beautiful landscape, listening to music, being creative, making art, dancing, singing or playing sport.  Mantra & meditation offer us ways to develop our mindfulness through connection with our hearts and our mind.

Sasha offers mindfulness classes in:

-Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) which supports wellbeing, helps develop awareness so that we can make choices that reduce our stress and enhance our happiness

-Kirtan, mantra and meditation, a practice that helps the mind and heart to connect.  It can often bring a sense of peace and wellbeing.  See HERE

Only in the reality of the present can we love, can we awaken, can we find peace and understanding and connection with ourselves and the world.
